Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes, absolutely.  I don't believe that jewellery should be a disposable item, so I build mine to last, so I provide a two year guarantee and a lifetime repair service.  If you have any problems with your jewellery, just send it back to me, and if it's within two years of purchase, I will repair it free of charge. If it's more than two years from the date of purchase, I will quote you a price for the repairs.  You can then decide whether you want it repaired,  or simply sent back to you.

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be completely happy with what you have purchased. I gladly accept returns in their original packaging as long as they are posted back to me within two months of the purchase date.  Postage is payable by the customer.  Please retain proof of posting, and email halojewelleryuk@gmail.com quoting the order number  before posting so I know to look out for it.

Do you do repairs?

I certainly do!  For items that are out of guarantee, I offer a lifetime repair service.  Simply email some photos of the repair required to halojewelleryuk@gmail.com and I will give you a quotation.  You can decide whether to go ahead with the repairs or not.

Can I get a bespoke design made?

Yes, you can.  I am more than happy to work with you to design a piece of jewellery for you which is unique and holds a special meaning for you.  Just email me at halojewelleryuk@gmail.com to get started.  Check out the Bespoke Designs page for examples of what I' ve done in the past.

Why do you take a week to dispatch? 

​

Don't forget, every piece of Halo jewellery is handmade to order. Depending on the design of the item, some of the processes take a while. It is for this reason that we allow a week for dispatch.
